For product questions, bug reports, account issues, or billing help, email us directly. We aim to respond within one business day, often much sooner.
Before you email
Your workspace name or organization ID from Settings makes it much faster for us to find the right account. Mention the page or feature you were on, and describe what you expected compared to what happened.
For UI issues, include your browser and operating system. If something looks wrong on screen, a screenshot often saves a round trip.
Billing questions
For billing, refund, or subscription questions, email support@gettriad.io from the email address on your account. You can also manage your subscription, update payment methods, view invoices, and cancel at any time directly from Settings → Billing.
Bug reports and feature requests
We're early and actively shaping the product. If you have a feature request or have hit a bug, email us — your feedback directly shapes what we build next. Include as much detail as you can.
Security issues
If you've found a security vulnerability, please email security@gettriad.io rather than the general support address. Please don't disclose publicly until we've had a chance to investigate.
