Terms of Service
Last updated: April 24, 2026
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Triad ("Triad," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. We may refuse service to anyone at any time, subject to applicable law.
Description of Service
Triad is a partner intelligence platform built for alliance teams. It helps you capture, organize, and act on relationship and program context across partners, accounts, activities, and related workflows. Features and availability may evolve as we improve the product.
Account Registration
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current information and to keep it updated. One person should not maintain multiple accounts to evade restrictions or misuse the service. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
Subscription and Billing
Paid plans are billed through Stripe on the billing cycle you select (for example, monthly or annually). Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel through the billing tools we provide or through Stripe's customer portal, as applicable. You are responsible for all applicable taxes. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods unless required by law. We may change prices or fees with at least 30 days' notice before they apply to your next renewal.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse Triad. Without limitation, you must not: scrape or harvest the service in ways that violate our documentation or technical limits; reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code except where the law expressly allows; share credentials or allow non-authorized access; use the service for anything unlawful; or attempt to harm, disrupt, or overload the service or other users. We may investigate violations and suspend or terminate accounts when we reasonably believe it is necessary to protect the service or others.
Customer Data
You retain ownership of the data you and your organization submit to Triad ("Customer Data"). You grant us a non-exclusive license to host, process, transmit, display, and otherwise use Customer Data only as needed to provide, secure, and improve the service, and as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having the rights and consents needed to submit Customer Data and for how your users use the product.
Confidentiality
We treat Customer Data as confidential and use it in line with these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You agree to treat non-public information we provide about the service (such as unreleased features) as confidential unless we say otherwise or it becomes public without breach by you.
Intellectual Property
Triad owns the platform, software, branding, and related intellectual property. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during your subscription or trial, subject to these Terms. You keep ownership of Customer Data; we keep ownership of Triad itself and our aggregate, de-identified analytics that do not identify you.
Termination
You may stop using Triad at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, risk to the service, or non-payment where contractually allowed. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends. For a reasonable period after termination (typically 30 days), we will work with you to export Customer Data where technically feasible and consistent with law and security. After that window, we may delete data according to our retention practices.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither Triad nor its suppliers will be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenues, goodwill, or data. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the service is limited to the fees you paid to Triad for the service in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases our liability is limited to the maximum permitted by law.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page and update the "Last updated" date. If a change is material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you (for example, by email or in-product notice). Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction for disputes arising from these Terms or the service, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
